well heres my gimped spy setup.. wich i can take 55-65 from a cs burst
starting with imps
MoveOn\PPcpu\SF\SS\Reflex 4 ( would give you 114 dex 43 str )
exp heart 1
Bones xrr head + bat chest + xrr arm + exp leg + exp foot
Armor inq 2 helmet\PA 3\Heavy enr belt\inq 2 pants\med inq boots
Int 75 psu 130 (105) wep lore
STR 91 tra 80 (98) or so frc
CON 43(68) ATL 90(115 ) HLT 50 FIR 72 ENR 10 XRR
Dex 182(187) PC 86(90) TC 17(97) AGL
PSI 56 ppu 31 mst 4 ppw
(nr's inn () is buffed\drugged)
Drugs i needed Nightshades\Beast\White\destrol forte\Paraforte

would leave me with plenty of resist and 431hp drugged\buffed

I dont have a problem with drug whore characters (heck ive been a drugie APU for A LONG time, like 6 drugs before i went to pvp) but that nightshade troubles me a lot, they are not easy to get for day-to-day PVP action.

That setup is nice, but, you will not be very viable since you are
eating 5 drugs constantly.

this is MY pluto spy setup atm.. but i only got like 30-40 shades left.. and im currently gonna lom to beast\inq1 pants\boots..
to bad i never had any laurent drugs so i could play around with inq 3 :\

Hell, whiteflash, deso and para forte must give you permanent drugflash if youre doing that outside of neofrag.

No fucking way is that setup viable outside NF or pp1 fights.

Well.
I take about 15 dmg more from a CS than you do. Got nearly the same runspeed, use stealth 2 and got 197 r-c. Tough i only got 350 hlt.
Thats with 3 drugs. No rare drugs. 2 drugs with a PE around, 1 with a PPU around.

Shame u cant clone em anymore cuase i woulda been rich from sellin em. Hopefully DoY will fix that up.
