you mods made a thread a good while back about lost items on saturn due to some server problems....

I sent emails to helpdesk....no replies

I have sent PMs to mods...no replies

maybe someone will listen here and respond I want my shit back

reopen another ticket in-game & send an e-mail to the helpdesk. Mods are just for the forums and we can't do anything for you in-game

There wouldn't have to be a "system" in place if the database did what it's supposed to do.

I know it sucks, but take it as it is. A long time ago my high level APU lost everything (my Bp and my QB).

All i got was 100.000 Credits and a GM telling me "take it or leave it, i dont care".

So you are not alone out there.

extract did you get a email back confirming they had recived your request?

if so they willbe looking into it, however you will only get offered 100k more than likely, lost my 3 slot CS though a bug, all i got offered was 100k, told em i didnt want the 100k so meh.

on another occassion my account got hacked and i lost a number of items(including my epic speed gun and some rares) but nothing they could do

Haven't had the problem yet luckily, but I feel for you mate.

The day I get offered 100k is the day I cancel my account. A game that has been "retail" for this long has no excuse for not having implemented a tracking system.

I say increase the 100k to 500k because nowadays a rare is at least that much O_o
