Skill Manager

Does anyone know where you can get a skill manager that shows what health, psi mana etc. are and lets you choose implants armor etc.? Trying to configure a good PE setup

People shouldn't use skill managers :(

We should all find out ourselves by trying and testing.
Thats what i have done and that makes me a non cookie Cut PE

thats your outlook on it man, me personally, dropping loms and retraining my xp is a huge pain in the ass. i rather use the skill manager to get what i want. doesnt make me a cookie cutter, makes me not waste a lot of stupid time and boring retraining. progress should only be a forward motion.
i mean, look at paintball, all the people who play for money all have tricked out modded guns, not the walmart off the shelf crap. they are trying to be right up there with the best. you and i both know that in this game what wins is the better setup. there is nothing wrong with trying to be the best you can be.

skill isnt everything like in a common fps like halo and cs.
