Deletion of Character - Loss of Epic Items?

Right so, I wanted to reroll my Rifle PE, into a Spy PE, later a tradeskiller.

Now my Rifle PE has completed the ProtoPharm Epic, I then gave the epic item to an alt of mine.

Now im told that If I delete the PE, I will lose the chip, it will disapear, can people comfirm this?

And what if I had actually sold it to someone, doesn't seem fair.

No, it will not vanish from the inventory of another if the person who gave it/sold it rerolls/deletes

you'll still have it as marx said as long as it's not on the character you're deleting

I think that applies only to Used Appartments. (or at least it used to)

It doesn't happen to apts n e more if some1 else registers tha ppartment before the character is deleted.

And to the original question, liek every1 said nah it will still stay.
