Ok, is there any way that you can work out how much RC and Lore you will need to cap a all artifact ray of god and silent hunter aiming and damage ? Any specific formula ? O_o

I wish the skill manager would work it out for you like it does with resists now, would be great to see who much you gotta put in for RC or PC or HC and shit like that.

Well...I can tell you this...a 185rc and a 169wl should cap the DMG and AIM on a Disruptor...so I imagine you could work around from there and get what you need

Well if your going on capped int/dex i would say your gonna need about 180ish rc and 200wl
Currently at 87 base dex i have 212 wl and 170ish rc and even with rifle 3 i dont capthe rof on a rog let alone a dissie or fl (get something like 109/min with rc 3 was told cap is like 114 or something which for that weapon is like ubar :p )

The RoF I had on the disruptor with that was ruffly 85-95/min in that area I think...not sure how high the cap is on that gun though

Cap of RoF on disruptor is at 220 RC for a 120% freq. with ~ 116 dex.

That times 1.2 because of 120% freq, would be 187.68.
Let's assume you need a recalculated skill of item TL * 1.5 (Which equals 172.5 for a disruptor).

Don't have time to confirm whether or not it works like that at the moment though. It's likely it doesn't, as people have reported there being sudden jumps in efficiency at/above certain skill levels.

EDIT: The required skill part as shown here definitely isn't correct, it probably at least adds a bit as well.
