Has anyone else been double, or triple tapped on their card when reactivating their account? I've been triple billed once, and double billed twice. I tried getting my money back for the triple tap, and support sent it back saying they only saw once charge, so I sent a screen shot of my online bank statement and haven't received a reponse back. I got an email saying it was going to a supervisor, and haven't received any word back since then.

I haven't even started the communication for the double bill this time, not sure if I should email it or not. The first time it happened got me no where... I can't imagine this will be any better.
