This is a cognition task we were told to try today in a Psychology lesson.

It impressed me how well done it is, so, here you go.

If each letter represents a number between 0 - 9,
and D = 5, What is the sum?

well, each word has 6 letters, so, each number has 6 digits.

xxxxxx + xxxxxx = xxxxxx

Yeah. I got it down to not knowing N and B (even then it was only trial and error at that point) but then assflag here linked the solution, and I just gave up.

'Twasn't fun anymore.

That said, that site is great. When you don't use it for cheating.

Not hard at all if you find it on the web, doing it on paper with a pen and no calculator is another thing.

Still fun though, we had to do others like the 9 dots.

Yeah, that was the easiest one.

Can't remember any of the others, there were a few well known ones too that people will get easily, such as the Hobbits + Orcs (aka Cannibals + Missionarys) and The Tower of Hanoi
