Vhc interface 3 = -tc

Dunno if this has been posted before, but the Vhc Interface 3gives -6 tc and -7 ath instead of -15 ath

Special Forces chip also gives +5 dex, instead of the prefered +20 dex.

What makes you think the stats are wrong?

Just checked in Crytons and it's showing as +5 DEX , +15 Vehicle Use , +8 Repair , -3 CON and -15 Ath.
