Was there a Server crash?

HI.

I got a question for anyone that has any knowledge of how or why this could have happened...
Me and some clannies stopped playing NC for a alittle bit about 2 months ago or less to take a break "been playing since beta"
Anyway upon renewal of one of the accounts, all of the clan holdings, ie rares in flats and implants even the flats themselves are gone completely.
Now i was under the idea that we had 3 months before this would take place?
I am not sure how this would get handled as i am not certain why it occured.

Any advice would be helpfull

What server is this on? Because if it's on Saturn, then yes, there were recently some database problems, and many clans had their cabinets wiped.

Anyway, if you send an E-Mail to helpdesk@neocron.com with server name, clan leader character name and clan name. They should be able to help with this.
