I have negative 53 soullight.....lucky me, but how can I fix it without deleting character.

I dont thingk taht you are save anywhere with this SL

you can try to make missions, or you let your charactar stand in your apartment vor some hours. Then your SL will regenerate a little bit!

but this will become hard!

Can't do missions..........CM sympathy is too low, I guess ill have to risk going to bunker when hardly anyone is online.

But I had to take implants out so no1 would nick them when I died, which was a mistake as now I can't use my ray of god..

You also can try to make missions in Tech Haven or Twighlight Guardiun. (When this Fractions are neutral or friendly.)

And do transport missions, this dosen't need much time and you need no weapon, ...

I think you have to do missions up to -31 or -32 SL before it will start to auto-heal.

But don't quote me on it. I'm sure somebody else will jump in ...

SL auto-heal started at -20 or -18 and after the patch 196 this auto-heal is VERY slow.

(Also this I have to learn by the hard way.)

And until your SL become better then -32, you will be published in the NCPD Info of the CITYCOM as a "criminal".
