I suspect this is actually one of three missile facilities (New Underwood, Hermosa and Sturgis) that made up the home of the 850th Strategic Missile Squadron which was deactivated on March 25th, 1965.

/edit - I think it's Hermosa, judging by the satellite pictures.

Thats a rip. There an actual company that sells the stripped down bases and land, top price I've found was about $750,000(USD). Not bad really, considering the things are designed to take the impact from a nuke, I'd say its a rather nice "Rainey Day" investmen.

Actually MJS plans to buy the facility (along with 10-20 nuclear warheads, courtesy of Osama) and launch rockets on SOE servers all around the world.

When the attack has begun there will be the following scene in MJS' secure quarters.

"
