lag or not lag?

im not sure if this is lag or not but every couple of minutes i loose the ability to change/cast any of my spells/weapons, i cant use doors, vehicles etc but i can talk and c every1 else moving around and attacking me. This lasts about 20-30 seconds when i get movement back. Any1 know how to fix this?

Relog that helps in most cases.
Its a er... feature ;)

but its not something that happens now and again its permanent :\ it happens everywhere i go
