Epic troubles

ok, I'm o nSaturn on my character Capt_spanky...

I'm doing the NEXT epic, and I'm on the part where I have to get the keys from benjie, turns on Max took them..So I go to the OZ prison, and all he says is "Hello" "what's up" , etc etc...

any ideas?
