Does anything change how fast you lock on to a target? HC Vehicle Weapon Lore? or something else that I did not list?

I do believe weapon lore has a positive effect on aiming. I wish for some stats on vehiclekeys so one could better see the difference.

yes, PE are the better VHC gunner out there.

its only a little hard to get the required STR for a rhino.

for now I am thinking that vehicles have no actual stats and maybe aiming does not change you only think it does cause well it should but thats besides the point

I mean 1 of three shots misses almost all the time with missiles there range is crazy short the machine gun fires 2 times the distance

I think maybe the lock speed is what it is hence no stats vehicles might suck if the damage and aiming changed on them you know
