Seen people hostile to Cityadmin many times in plaza 1 in front of medicare without getting shot at. I think its intentional. Btw nice crosshair ;)

Jup, didnt shoot my clanless char either, and I was in medicare. They only warned me cupple of times ( I even was stuck in the door:D ).
