yea chicky is still around.. she's [TgR]'s clan constructor and repairer :p cst TL 171 repping TL 152 ( 304 ) /150

capped int 5 levels of dex to go..

i know i'm not alone tho.. there were more.. tho its a hard life with loads of spy cst having more skill :(

today i made weapons for a TL 155/150 spy constructor tho because he din't want to do it himself lol.. owned :p

ya the number of cst matters little when you're an uber PE cst'er :D

PE's are the best! We can repair better and cst better than any spy, and still kick ass.

If you set them up right you can use SS and Mc5 hawkins (with drugs), and despite not having as high level in cst skill, the STR helps a lot and can bring rares to capped levels.

I still think spies are the best because they're easiest to get to those levels, but if both cap quality, why's it matter?

One thing chicky made.. made about 60 rare weapons now.. most 2 slot or better and nice stats.. 3 unslotted tho :(

anyway one of the things she made is the PE killer uses.. yea i know love to pimp the gun :p

Well the damage stat was 120 anyway because there was no barrel added to it, being that its an ultimated silencer phospher pe and its a 3 slot and all artifact stats

yup dmg was 120 freq was 115 hand 113 range 117 ultima dit the rest :)

i made some pure 120 weapons to tho they were just melee's :)

According to one of the GMs (Odin or Thanny IIRC) players can't build all 120 weps.
