Game Help Please

Its been around an hour or so now that I got an error, the typical one. Now I get stuck on requesting character info screen and wont get past that. Any ideas how to fix this? Anyone else suffering from the same problem?

Yup Saturn, hehe didnt even realize it was down hehe. But yea I cant get on :( But when I see the server selection screen, it says that saturn has players in it. Hmm

these players are just away from the keyboard and didnt moved until now ...

Ya the first time they try to zone/crash/ do anything that involves exiting the zone there in for a second and theyre gone.
