Helpdesk@neocron.com, Closed for holidays ?

Ive got a problem and ive emailed the helpdesk about it, however as its new years day and all, are they 'closed' for the holidays as ive still not had a reply ?

Anyone know ? Any mods on that may know ?

(sorry for bump but its improtant as in my main chars inv's dissapeared after 10 mins of synching hell and warping fuckery... )
