char planner

i have an apu that i wish to make hybrid so i can cap his psi quicker. This allows me to solo caves.
Anyone know a good char planner, i want to test out certain imps and see what each armour does to my stats. i have an old char planner but its from back when the psi core gave less and even the attack chips didn't give any psi lvl's. Please help :( im stuck

How do I get this skillz manager to work properly? For me it cuts off part way down and there is no way of scrolling.
