So everything is that shitty colour and i leave the city coz ill get lost.

Ive Upgraded my PC from

AMD ath 1 ghz
Geeforce 3 Ti 200
256 mb sdram

to a

AMD ath 2 ghz
MSI FX5600 256mb
256 DDR ram
seagate 120mb 7200 8mb cache
completly new everything inc Box,mboard etc

1 thing i noticed was the FPS was no major difference?

any idea? :D

Turn off T&L in the options menu. Its not worth having on anyways. Your game will look a whole lot better anyways. :)

or malfunction Drivers i would guess.

Did you update the GFX drivers? And afterthat did u reinstall DX?

just do as suggested and Turn off T&L. will fix it for you

( btw thats F11 by default for options )

updated from DX 8 to 9

Latest Nvidia drivers (ill reinstall them though )
