Fatal Runtime Error

Sometimes I get the Fatal Runtime Error and it quits me out of Neocron, does anyone know why?

Everyone gets them. Some people get them more than others (I don't get them very often at all usually). The reasons can range from anything between driver problems to lag to NC not liking a piece of your hardware to overheating problems.

The general rule is to update all your drivers, make sure your system is adequately cooled, then just put up with it. :)
