PE PA vendors?

Searched all of D_11 today on Saturn and didn't find any signs on the PE PA vendors - no tower, no people, just zone lines.

I thought they might have been taken out, but upon asking a lot of people they just told me to go to the NW corner of D_11. O_o Were they removed or are they just buggered?

Did you find the communications tower that they all stand around? It has CityTerms attached to the outside.
