The Fire Apoc + Random Dmg

Can you please take the random dmg of the fire apoc, if you want it on the hl then fine, but the fire apoc sucks, it needs a dmg boost and it needs random dmg taking of it and it's firey couterparts....

random damage should be removed full stop

it makes balancing the spells very hard as you cant test them very well

Same with melee, the random damage is even worse, on a warbot with a TL 103 DG i do from 60 O_o! to 180 O_o! yet everyone else see's me doing 130 O_o . . .

Nope, FA is perfectly fine.....and to remove random damage is to beg for more hybrids.

EDIT: and before you ask, I have a capped APU.
