View Full Version : D3DDrv.Log
Can someone explain why this log file in Neocron is currently at 3.24Gb? :D

4kt mine.. I think you can delete it? o_O
I think this came up before. Every time something goes wrong, the error messages and/or a memory dump or something stupid are written into a file.
Because we all know about the ... stability... of NC, the file has grown to stupid proportions.
You can safely delete it, I'm sure.
Or you can send it to KK to prove a point [recommended].

d3ddrv. log should NOT be that long, it is a log of your hardware info. something is wrong with your neocron, prehaps hacked or corrupt.
EDIT:it stands for direct 3d drivers.
mine got to 6 gb before i realised it was fuxeored up
just delete it will create a new one when u start nc again
its every crash uve ever has

471 bytes versus 3.24 GB, crazy.
Anyway, since it's a log file, it's save to get rid of it, and free up 3.24 GB's of space.
