That was also on the TTT:SpecialExtendedEdition DVD appendix 4 I think. It was hilarious watching him try to kick the helmet in the right direction 4 times :P

Oh, and did you know that Legolas fell off a horse and broke his rib. And day after that they where shooting the "pursuing the Uruk-hai"-scene so they where running up and down hills Legolas with a broken rib, Gimli with a strained knee and Aragorn with 2 broken toes :lol:
