Seen a ppu on Venus with a pe skin, looked mad seeing a pe running around HPing, Buffing healing and soaking mass damage up.
PE's can rez with sever gimping and drugs;)

Hey, Thats me pe in the picture, man its a setup to do it, u need to be low tech so u can get shit loads a psi use ect, just work on it, i had this worked out for about 1 month just didnt bother to work it to now,
No bugs thats a real pe its mine, can still use a libby (Low Tech) 350hp reasonable resists, libby capped damadge with 345 freq capped aiming and all that ect and thats why they can be used

And Tad, you said you need to be low tech to get a shit load of psi use, isnt psi use under intelligence and TC under Dexterity? And what the hell does the Constitution have to do if a PE can ress or not?

You mean "unlabled Plasma cannon" of course. :rolleyes: I know it's really easy for a monk to use a laser cannon and grenades. You only need a few TC, BUFF, HC and Thyronol.
I know a monk that has specced to Laserblade, it looks cool.:D

I'm sure a PE can use a CS - with the right imps and drugs - there was a somewhat famed PKer who went on Saturn (I think?) who ran around with a CS. There was a SS of a shot of her (or him o.O)... or it may have been a skin bug.
Well, with the right drugs and implants (i.e. mega rare ones), a spy could have worn a tank PA if the class reqs were not added, and they should be removed anyway. It's for novelty value rather than being a viable setup (for any other class to use tank PAs at least - not sure about PE <-> Spy armours).

oh yeah you cant get a pe to use the db any more coz of the pa restrictions. and i think i did that when the mc5 chips had no requirements...

Because of certain necessary implants for the setup that may be needed instead of more combat orientated ones?
