Just bought it, £19.99, installing atm, but, WTF?

Full install - 7.9gig
Half - 3.5gig

WHAT THE HECK? I chose full. Cos im l337 like that :P

anyone know why its so big?

Its a crappy port tech-wise, but the game is one of the best ive played.....

pffft. you shouldn't get it for the PC

PS2 edition is much better:

1) no fuck-off install
2) the controls are designed with the PS2 pads in mind, its a NIGHTMARE to control with any other pad
3) it'll always run well, no need for uber 1337 machine the get playable performance

reasons for getting the PC version:

1) you dont have a PS2 (duh)
2) you're a PC fanboi

I bought PS2 for the FF series, GT 4 and MGS 3.. the machine is old, yes, but outdated? Certainly not.

Metal Gear Solid 2 is one of the worst movies ever.

Just behind Xenosaga.

I'm looking forward to the Metal Gear Solid remake on the Cube. Looks very pretty. :)

I played the old Metal Gear games.... didnt get very far ^_^

God I love the Metal Gear Solid series.....

Cept the VR missions game... no point to that really :/

Prefer Metal 1 to Metal 2 meself, dunno just didn't feel as wierd as 2.
Although vamp is cool but heh Grey Fox>Vamp :p

I thought it was crap how they used this patriot crap and said it was all a sim etc.... cop out for someones lazyness if you ask me.

i didnt want him to be killed off, that exoskeleton is sooo much better than the MGS2 one

thats what Spy PA should be like, then make a dex - based katana sword and i'd lom :D
