need help setting up bsun/lib PE

Trying to setup my PE for PvP. I am poor and cannot afford fancy stuff like Special Forces. This setup is for Liberator and Black Sun raygun. Please critic on all aspects. TIA.

is that the dmg percentages after shelter and deflector ?

seems quite high if it is

take the medium deflector belt out it doesn't stack with ur own deflector :o

swap reflex booster for exp one

this is one i tossed together in about 5 minutes, needs alot of tweaking and also requires the SA/SF

I don't think you can wear that armor with 54 strength

inq 2 pants 56 str
durinth 2 helm 57 str

but it's still a pretty good setup

this is what I came up with, 90/90 agility and athletics is important

you could sacrifice some body health for more resists

SF isn't really all that difficult to get, and its advantages are enormous (medium energy protection belt!). Go do some serious WB/firemob hunting followed by some serious spamming and you should be able to get one :D

As for your setup, I suggest you look into Redflash and/or Beast to offset what you lose by not having top-of-the-line implants.

SF isn't really all that difficult to get, and its advantages are enormous (medium energy protection belt!). Go do some serious WB/firemob hunting followed by some serious spamming and you should be able to get one

Also i need the to get to 108 dex for rolh and not be a druggy

I didn't do any con for it, as I don't give away con set-ups, but that should be a pretty good PvP Pistoler. If you want some sort of int tradeskill, take the PSI Use down some.
