Nope. I noticed this back in april when I started to play again and I mentioned that KK should bring them back... that was in some thread long time ago. But yes, I agree with you; they were cool and I hope KK brings them back :)

Personally I always thought it would be cool if those signs displayed the people logged onto the game with the top 10 worst negative soul light and would give their name and stuff. THAT would be cool. :p
