Power armor for spies

I have searched the forums many times but it has been to no avail. Can someone please tell me how to get Power armor for my spy? Any help would be appreciated.

buy them from npcs in northwest corner of d10 (fosters uplink(d11 maybe))
or start the mini epic runs from TT HQ
