ur nets down hence ur not connecting to the login server hence the lack of launcher screen

try to trace the hops from u to the NC servers

Odd stuff, sounds like Neocron's IP is blocked by a firewall or something. I assume you've tried disabling any firewalls you've got running? If it works if they're out you just need to mess about with their configuration.

All firewalls down and my other comp on the same connection can get through. =/

Based on what I've read here, assuming you're using a network, it might be router related.
