Every single para spell sticks you to the floor so you can barely move?

I can't say im down with PE's who can holy para.

true, holy para ball is like HP before the patch. Honestly. And Melee paras didn't even get boosted.

I have built a batch of TL30 Parashock Lances that Im handing
out for free to PEs on Pluto. I have about 10 1-slotters left (you
only need one slot on these, one freq mod and theyll be at
17/min, you wont get higher, my 4-slotted isnt any better
really...). So, if you have a PE on pluto contact me ingame for a
free slotted csted para lance.

Almost as good freeze as the old holy para, costs approx 54
mana to cast and rof 17 per minute.

Now if I can only give these to as many people as possible maybe
we can get this PoS spell nerfed asap.

And yes I will use it, I will sacrifice myself in order to get it nerfed
asap. The pain....

It sure is, its like we have pocketblizzards again, but the spies
and tanks dont. They decreased the rof and increased the mana
cost and amount if freeze on all spells, and since they increased it
so drasticly the tl30 lance is actually pretty great. Im gonna
experiemnt a little with the parashockball blast thingie to see if i
can shock groups of people at once while im at it.

Damage % and freq are both important. Damage % is more important though, but you really do need BOTH to be high.

well if this wasnt a bug just another point that kk is just sticking shit in and not testing to see wut will happen. and proving a point that thay dont care wut we think :)

i dont get the problem about not removing the paras. wasnt everyone in game said thay wouldl iek to see it gone.

or at least make it only effect people with shelter one :) so we can gank those uber ppus with it on :) only effected by the % the shelter gives to its use :) so 25% shelter = 25% para 75% shelter = 75% para :)

thus making melee tanks better from these evil attacks and spies as well. only guy who will really suffer is PE's but i can live with it if i keep my anti para and run like hell :)
