Launcher problem

When i run the application launcher, instead of loading the usual Neocron screen, it loads the Reakktor.com screen. Also the Server field is blank and when i enter the server IP into it (which i believe is 62.140.29.54?), and then run the game, it asks for the game CD, which i dont happen to have.
When i run the launcher again the field is blank again and still goes to the Reakkor screen.

Any ideas on why it does this and how i can fix it?

Yes, your files are screwed up (i.e. the updater.ini that for the ip and homepage)

I'd suggest an reinstall
