Ok, so I downloaded 194, but there was a problem and a WHOLE lotta files got corrupted or something, so now I'm downloading all the little files that the 'File Checker' found, and I noticed an interesting one:

So was this there before, and they just weren't using it? Or is this something they snuck in that will be used around x-mas time?
