Canyon and Military Base Level 2 Apartments

Are you for or against Level 2 (maybe even more) apartments for Canyon and Military Base (or if it goes beyond level 2 for Tech Haven too)

all factions should have appts that are level3 and have 10 appartments. then again u can still go into VIA and all of the plaza sectors includeing plaza1 if you arnt stupid.

i think that each faction shud have diff apt, not just based on zone, (IE DRE shud have a nice starter apartment since they do the realestate, tangent shud have one with like a gun at the entrance or sumthin that u can gun with some skill or sumtin)
