Max - Epic - Oz8 - eh?

Ok, i did a search for max, but 3 letters wasnt allowed and max* brought up loads of maximum etc and no max.

Now its been yonks since i did an epic, and ive now go to go to OZ8 to meet max. But its blocked up.

Fair enough - where has the npc been moved to?

I checked all over OZ until i was tearing my hair out.

is there a problem with it spawning? or have i just overlooked the big galoot ?

go to A_09!! then enter the NC entrance, and theres max, in OZ 8

Looks like a BD guard. Standing outside the enterance to OZ Prison.
