parashock upgrade ????

ok is it me or have parashock been not nerfed but upgraded ?
sure mana cost have been increased a lot but so have effect a parashock lance now freezes me like a holy para once would ? i mean WTF was they not supposed to nerf the effect as well not jsut upgrade mana cost `

KK is this a bug or is it intentional ?????

it says


- Reduced damage for Freeze spells, but the effect stays the same.

so the dmg you recieve from them is lower ... but that doesnt' mean the effect is reducded ..

It has to be a bug.


Amfest, my measly parashock halo freezes someone like holy paralysis. So the effect was wayyy increased. HAS to be a bug.

ah i see .. sounds like a bad bug ... raise mana consumption and such .. .but we'll just make this lower req spell do the same effect and you can cast it with less mana .. .
