WindowMode - Same FPS - Why?

Alrighty I tried windowmode and I get the same fps as I do with resolution 1024*748, Anyone wanna help me out and guide me, so I can get better FPS..

under F11 there is a "fog distance" thing you can fiddle with

first you have to turn it on, next you have to set the distance

set it really short for pvp fps

also turn off sky and plants

yea i changed my ti4400 to a radeon 9800... no big change in fps... maybe +10 :\ well i can run it at a much better quality but who cares about that?

seems like need to upgrade my xp1600....
