Decent apps for Tsunami

can anyone tell me how a tsunami char can get a primary app with more than 4 cabs plz......

Pepper park small apartment bought in either tsunami or bd hq

Goes for about 100k and gives u 7 cabinets. Actualy better then the most expensive one unless they fixed it this patch.

bough from BD HQ, and before you complain about it being in BD HQ its cos the BD also dabble in the real estate business unlike Tsunami:)

They should have completely pimped out apartments with drug paraphernilia and kind of a haze of smoke in their apartments. Think '70's pimp type thing, and they should be located in the strip clubs.
