New buffs

OK, this is gonna sound dumb, but here goes.

Buffs that give mainstat boosts, but also negatives, unlike other spells

Something like,

Exp. Pistol combat booster 1 - PSI 30
DEX +1 : PC +6, TC +5, WEP +4
STR -1 : TRA -5

lvl 2 at say PSI 70, lvl 3 at PSI 100

Same with the other buffs. Like Spy and Psi boosters.

Probably would unbalance things insanely but nm.

Yeah, just want i want, even more shit to carry in my inventory, and even more spells to spend my forever depleted funds on.
