beyond dome of york... so how long?

just a question. can we cet an estimate on how long after bdoy has been anounced around when it will come out? WIll it hit stores in January, same month its goinna be anounced? Or come out 3 months after? Also will it be the cost of an expansion or a full game? Will it come with free playtime?
