Change Holy DMG boost sanc

Really who uses it. Only time I see it is used is cast, run in to PP as a solo PPU and boost everyone to piss people off.

just make a rare dmg boost barrel to increase the already overflowing rare parts pool :D

Bets use for it is in p1, and make about 1 of the population now say "OMG how are you DBed in p1? OMG why is every1 DBed?"
