Is a US based server planned?

I realize that that the majority of the current player base is European; however, most MMORPGs offer servers based on geographical location. Perhaps when DoY is released, a US server should be considered? It is tough competing against players with 30-50 ping when you regularly have 250+ ping. A US West Coast server could also service the Asian market which is currently non-existent on Neocron and yet they are one of the most avid gaming communities. Something to consider.;)

I might consider moving. My chars are only mid level anyway, so it wouldn't matter to me.

However, what if KK could move your char to the new server? Is that even possible? Aside from character names, how difficult could it be?

i fed-up to see someone like a the other end of a zone in my scope and Bang his there right in front of me. with 150 ping while other have below 50.....sux

*sigh* we all have ping problems, i dont see the australians begging for a new server just coz their ping sucks, anyway, deal with it, im on 56k and NEVER drop below 300ping, i dont complain, and i dont suffer from it.

It certainly never effects pvp.
