LE penalties?

What has changed in regard to LE chip during the last 3 months? What is the EXP penalty for wearing LE? Can you still take it out and implant it again?

no exp loss. all text on the LE is totally wrong.

yes you can take it out and reimplant it. you dont even need a tool just drag n drop.

only thing LE does is make you untargetable for non-LE people.
And yes 1 brainslot occupied.

No XP penalty and you can take it out and reinstall it as many times as u want at any time.
