OK this might have been suggested already but i dont have time to do a search so sorry, but heres my idea
neocron is given away for free (the full game download) with 10 day trial right.
So why dont you get a magazine to publish it on cover discs/DVD
I read PCZone and i remember the first ever DVD edition gave away (on the DVD only) a full copy of anarchy online with a trial
Also before has been given away full copys of Everquest with a 2 week trial.
The point im making is, if all you have to do is install, sign up, play, rather than download for a few hours your more likely to give things a go. I was not a fan of mmorpg's until i played neocron but before i played NC i still tried out EQ/AO because since they were free, you might aswell do it.
Imaine how many people are subscribed to these kinds of mags, the amount of people that will try NC.
Just an idea and probably suggested already but hey thought id post my thoughts
