I'm gonna buy new parts to my PC and i was wondering my neocron file C:\Program Files\Neocron, is that stored on my HDD or sticks of RAM???

Nothings permanently stored in your RAM, its all stored on your HDD, RAM is like a notepad where your CPU temporarily writes stuff down for quick access later on. Your HDD is its brain in a way where it stores all the info it knows
