Amount of WEP needed for a libby PE?

Does anyone know what WEP should be at for a libby PE? I read anoher post saying that one could do it with as low as 50 - is this true?

you dont need any base wep if you go pure liba as far as i know

My current imp setup only adds 8 to WEP; (which would make it 58 if i went to that base) is this enough? (i am capped) Also, since i am a poker and i have enough in that - can i throw the points I take off WEP into psi use to benifit that more? Currently there i have 45. I'd like to be able to cast DB much faster - so should i just put all extra points in here?

well if you cap aim and have decent range you can go as low as you want

I had 110 hack base and was ok to hunt mobs, rest was in WL and some psi use

but pvp sucked

you still need wepon lore

it doesn't change aiming so why?

rate of fire --- that changes a lot

uber libby PEs have lots of WL, they empty their clip very quickly

I'd personally recommend getting 100-110 weapon lore, though most of it should come from imps, most implants which boost pistol combat boost weapon lore as well.

Rest of your int should probably be dependant on whether or not you're heavily into PvP, if you're into PvP Psi Use is a great skill to spend in, otherwise you might prefer hack or implant.

That range cap sounds about right. I know Lib range got nerfed and is now less than the TL 68 SMG. Why Lib is so damn hard to aim.

I have 60 wep lore and +20 or so from imps and I cap aiming on all pistols
