Hows this for a radical S/D fix?

Change S/D to just being armor buffs. Hey they could have 10min
duration then, I wouldnt care. You wouldnt be able to get more
than 200 armor anyway and people wouldnt be able to sustain
amounts of damage. PEs would have their defence substantially
lowered and be a pointless class just like everyone wants.
