People see some Black Dragons fighting each other and automatically assume that we are suffering from faction infighting. I would like to inform those of you who are waiting to take advantage of this - you cannot be more wrong.

As you are aware, war is coming. In spite of Reza's false assurances, NCPD will not be able to protect everyone. Individual runners will need to pick up a weapon to fight for their own survival and freedom.

Black Dragon are currently engaged in live-fire excerises in the Outzone, where stray fire will not injure careless civilians. We are training hard in anticipation of the coming conflict. There is no in-fighting within our faction. "Why not use Neofrag?" some people might ask. Well, why should we waste money on the Syndicate just for a little target practice?

Please do not leap to conclusions.

PS. Just a side-comment about that DoY drug convoy accusation. Why would DoY smuggle goods into Neocron City in DoY marked boxes? It is very convenient for NCPD to find "clues" so easily. I guess NCPD detectives aren't what they used to be. To think I once held them in such high regard. Z

Btw the story line is starting to really get good always leaves me wanting more:)
