GRs should be hackable.

You should be able to hack a GR and not get a warning on clan. Only if you fail the hack you the clan should get a warning. That way clans could secertly get around, and it would keep the owning clan more alert. WHat are your thoughts on this?

It might shut people up about locked GRs.
